Filtration system

• Three filtration stages: mesh prefilter, main cartridge of high filtration class E11 (PE with ePTFE membrane), activated carbon cassette;
• Double spark and chark protection: metal bumper screen and multilayer galvanized cancellated prefilter;
• Optional two types of compressed air automatic purification: rotating frame with nozzles, cowl insert;
• Vertical position of main filter cartridge;
• Quick replacement of main cartridge through upper lid with no tool use;
• Four types of filtration materials for different technological processes;
• Maximum independence due to a built-in oil-free compressor (only 230 V supply is required).

Modern controller and its operation

• Modern automatic self-cleaning system controller with built-in electronic differential manometer and ΔP-function, which starts the cleaning process upon reaching by main cartridge the preset pollution level;
• Built-in oil-water separator with pressure control and manometer;
• Two-line text display controller shows current ΔP (cartridge pollution) in operation mode and control menu – in setup mode;
• Compressed air and energy saving due to ΔP-function;
• Extra purification autorun after fan stop;
