We ship welding machines, parts and accessories to the following locations:
Domestic: nationwide within India.
International: None.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Warranty Policy
Warranty Clause for Welding Machines
1. Warranty Coverage
Olivine Industries provides a limited warranty for its welding machines against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Warranty is not applicable on purchase of spares, accessories and consumables.
2. Scope of Warranty
The warranty covers:
Defects in materials or workmanship that occur under proper usage and maintenance.
Replacement or repair of defective components at no cost, excluding shipping and handling fees.
3. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.
Alterations, modifications, or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel.
Normal wear and tear of consumable parts (e.g., nozzles, tips, or electrodes).
Damage caused by power surges, improper voltage, or environmental factors such as corrosion.
Use of the machine for purposes outside its intended application.
4. Warranty Claim Procedure
To make a warranty claim:
